She has served as both arbitrator and arbitration counsel in complex, multi-jurisdictional cases involving international joint ventures, shareholder disputes, construction issues, and investment conflicts. Her impressive credentials include being a member of the ICC International Court of Arbitration and appearing as an arbitrator on several esteemed international panels associated with arbitral institutes like TAI, THAC, Shanghai Arbitration Commission (SHAC) in Mainland China, and the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA) in Mainland China. In addition, she holds the distinguished honor of being the sole accredited Mediator representing Thailand at the Singapore International Mediation Institute (SIMI). Noppramart has also received invitations to serve as a visiting lecturer in maritime law and arbitration at Chulalongkorn University and Thammasat University for numerous years. Moreover, Noppramart has been appointed as a member of the Thai Arbitration Committee of the Thai Chamber of Commerce for the term 2023-2024. She has also been appointed by the Thai Chamber of Commerce as a member of the Trade Dispute Mediation Center, as per Announcement No. 009/2024. In this role, she provides consultation and handles trade disputes both domestically and internationally, thereby enhancing the potential and recognition of women's capabilities in this field. Her contributions have also played a significant role in elevating the standards of dispute resolution in arbitration and trade dispute mediation in Thailand, which, in turn, supports the promotion of international trade. Noppramart is fully engaged in raising the standards of legal dispute resolution in Thailand, particularly in arbitration and mediation, which are crucial in ensuring justice and strengthening the stability of Thai society.
